EXPERIENCE
David Hammack joined Evans & Mullinix, PA in 2026. Prior to returning home to Kansas, Mr. Hammack defended the United States and its agencies from high-stakes complex litigation involving toxic torts, including multidistrict litigations. Mr. Hammack utilizes his substantial experience litigating in federal courts across the nation to zealously advocate for his clients’ interests, whether individuals, government entities, or larger businesses.
