Samuel Klaassen comes to us with a background full of hands-on experience and technical analysis. His Juris Doctor focused on transactional law and was filled with practical experiences in deal structures, contract negotiations, and estate planning, and those experiences are further supported by his degrees in mathematics and business administration. He assists clients with business formation, mergers and acquisitions, contract drafting and review, estate planning, and real estate transactions.
